Ingredients for Flatbread:
All-purpose flour 2 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Olive oil 1/4 cup
Water 3/4 cup
Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for Hot & Sweet Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Hot sauce 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Filling:
K&N’s Mortadella Slices 616 g
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Tomatoes (chopped) 1/4 cup
Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
Baby spinach 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Directions for Flatbread Preparation:
1. In a bowl add flour, baking powder, salt, water, olive oil and mix well. Knead a soft and smooth dough. Let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
Directions for Hot & Sweet Sauce Preparation:
2. In a bowl add Mayonnaise, hot sauce, lemon juice, chili garlic sauce, mustard paste, salt, black pepper. Red chili flakes, garlic, onion, honey and mix well. Your hot and sweet sauce is ready.
Directions for Filling Preparation:
3. Take K&N’s Mortadella Slices and prepare as per instructions on the pack. Cut the slices into small chunks and set aside.
4. In a bowl add K&N’s Mortadella Slices, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, onion, baby spinach, salt, black pepper and mix well.
Directions for Assembling:
5. Take the prepared dough and divide it into 8 parts. Make a flat circle of each dough and cook it on pre-heated pan. Brush oil as needed and cook until light golden in color from each side.
6. Place the prepared filling on half of the flatbread and fold other half over it. let it cook for 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
7. Cut it into pieces and serve with hot and sweet sauce.

Cooking time: 8-10 mins
Serving: 3-4
