Samosas have been the favorite snack for the longest time now. A real delight to enjoy in any season. The crispy outer covering and the warm spicy filling create magic when they enjoyed together. This #WednessdayRecipe is more crispier and uniquely delicious. Crispier for the samosa patti that I have used are very thin and uniquely delicious because I am using mung daal and not aloo matar. Ingredients:For CoveringReadymade samosa patti sheet For the filling: 1 cup of yellow mung daal soaked 1 tsp Cumin seeds1 1/2 tsp Mango powder1 pinch Asafoetida3 tsp Garam masala3 tsp Chilli powder2 Tbsp Fennel seeds, powdered2 tsp Coriander powder2 Tbsp OilTo taste SaltMethodFor FillingGrind the mung daal. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add the cumin seeds and asafetida and cook till it splutters. Add the daal and the rest of the ingredients and sauté till mixture come together and well fried. Preparing the samosasTake each patti. Place the prepared filling.
