So friends, today i am sharing one of the traditional recipes from Mangalore i.e. Rice ball Payasam. Its made up of Jaggery, Rice flour, Moong dal. It's too easy & even a healthy dessert.

Ingredients:
Moong Dal: 250 gms (Soaked for 30 mins)
Jaggery: 500 Gms
Cardamom powder: 1 tsp
Cashew: 1 Cup
Raisins: 1/4 cup
Water: 1/2 Litre
Fresh Thick Coconut milk
Fresh Thin coconut milk
Salt As per taste

For Rice Balls:
Rice Flour: 1/2 Cup
Water (As required)
Salt (A pinch)

For coconut Milk
Coconut (Grated ): 3 & 1/2 cup
Water
