Moong Dal Vadas are also known as pakoras, bhajias or fritters. This is a spicy delicious snack crispy outside and soft inside. ou will find this snack served with a very mint coriander chutney and grated radish (muli) on the roads of Delhi, it is very popular.

Ingredients
1 bunch coriander leaves
1 bunch curry leaves
1 number ginger
4 number green chillies
2 cup Moong dal
to fry Oil
1 number onion chopped
as needed salt
1 cup spring onions

Directions
Soak moong dal for 1 hr, then blend to a course.

In a bowl add blended moong dal, onion, spring onions,salt, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, ginger chopped mix well.

Take a pan add oil for frying, make small dumplings and add to oil.fry till golden brown colour
