Ingredients for Moong Dal Double Cheela
Moong dal Premix (मूंग दाल प्रीमिक्स ) - 1 cup (180 gms)
Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा ) - 1/2 cup (75 gms)
Oil (तेल ) - 2 to 3 tbsp
Green coriander (हरा धनिया ) - 2 to 3 tbsp (finely chopped )
Green coriander chutney (हरे धनिये की चटनी ) - 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce (टमाटो सौस ) - 2 tbsp
Green chilies (हरी मिर्च ) - 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger paste (अदरक पेस्ट ) - 1 tsp
Lemon (नींबू ) - 1/2
Salt (नमक ) - More than 1 tsp or to taste
Grated cottage cheese (पनीर ) - 1/2 cup (100 gms)
Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च ) - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Grated Cauliflower (गोभी ) - 1/4 cup
Grated Carrot (गाजर ) - 1/4 cup
Green peas (हरी मटर ) - 2 tbsp

How to make Stuffed double cheela:

1. Take Moong dal Pre mix, add wheat flour add water and make thin batter of pouring consistency.
2. Add salt, stir batter well, add green coriander. Keep the batter aside to puff up for 10 minutes.
3. For paneer stuffing take ,paneer, salt ,finely chopped green chili, ginger paste, lemon juice, green coriander. Mix all igredients well. Stuffing is ready.
4. For veggie stuffing take, finely chopped capsicum,grated cauliflower,grated carrot,green peas,salt,finely chopped green chili, ginger paste,lemon juice,green coriander.Mix all ingredients well.Stuffing is ready.
5. after 10 minutes, batter is puffed up. If dense add little water.
6. Heat 2 pans,add some oil, spread it evenly. Let the pans cool. Pour batter to make cheela. Roast on low medium flame.Spread oil on the sides of the cheela. Once roasted, flip and roast other side.
7. Spread tomato sauce over one cheela, spread evenly. Put paneer stuffing over it, spread evenly. Put batter over it, close stuffing.
8. Pour oil over it, bit on the sides. Cook cheela on low medium flame for 6 to 7 minutes.
9. Spread green chutney over other cheela roasted likewise, put veggie stuffing, pour batter over it. Then pour oil on it and on sides. Cover and cook on low medium flame for 6 to 7 minutes.
10. After 6 minutes, lift cheela and check it. Flip and roast other side as well. Cover and roast it from below for 5 to 6 minutes.Prepare both likewise.
11. Open and make them crispy for 1 to 2 minutes. Flip cheela and check again. Once roasted it is ready.
12. Cheela is roasted,keep in plate.It takes 16 to 18 minutes to roast one cheela. Cut cheela in any shape.

Serving :
13. Tempting Stuffed double cheela can be served with, green coriander chutney, tomato sauce or any desired dip.
