Moong Dal Bhajiye | मूंग दाल पकोड़ा | How to make Moong Dal Bhajiye with Kriti Refined Oil

Ingredients:
1 Cup Split ( dhuli hui) Moong daal
1 Tbsp Grated Ginger
2 Chopped Green Chillies
1 Tsp Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
Salt to taste
2 Cups Kriti Refined Oil, to deep fry

Method:
Soak the moong daal in plenty of water for 3-4 hours or preferably overnight.

Drain the moong daal and put in a blender.

Add the ginger, green chillies and the spices and make a thick paste with just a little water. The mixture should be of dropping consistency.

Add salt to taste.

Heat Kriti Refined Oil in a kadai or a wok.

Once the oil is hot, drop in spoonfuls of the moong dal paste and fry on a medium heat till golden and crisp.

Drain the bhajiyas from the oil and sprinkle with chaat masala and serve with green chutney and fried green chillies.
