Moong daal 1 cup(SOAKED FOR OVERNIGHT)

Oil 4 tbs
Ghee 1 tbs
Cumin half tbs
crushed coriander 1 tbs
fennel seeds(saunf) half tbs crushed
Chickpea flour(besan) 4tbs
Crushed ginger 1tsp
Heeng a pinch
lemon juice 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
kasuri methi 1 tsp
Turmeric half tsp
Red chilli powder half tbs
Ajwain 1/4 ts
