OilWater as required2 White Radish (shredded)Salt to taste1 tbsp. ginger1 tsp coriander powder1/2 tsp garam masala1 tsp cumin powder2-3 green chilies1-2 tsp red chili powder1 tbsp. dries pomegranate seeds1/2 cup green corianderOil for fryingDirections:In a bowl add flour, oil mix well. then add water gradually. make a soft dough. keep it aside.in another bowl add white radish and salt. Keep it aside for 5 minutes.Now add water in it and squeeze out the water. In on other bowl add white radish, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger, dried pomegranate seeds, garam masala and mix all together well.Take out small piece of the dough and roll out. Spread Mooli mixture over it. Then apply water on the edges of the dough.Then put a 2nd layer of the dough over it.Now heat Tawa and put prepared Paratha over it. Apply oil and flip it over.
