Mooli Paratha Recipe @Cooking with Asifa
Ingredients:-
- Clarified butter/Ghee/Cooking oil (for frying)
Vegetables:
- Green Coriander (half bunch)
- Radish (1/2 kg)
- Green Chilies (1-3)
Spices:
- Coriander Powder (1 tsp)
- Salt (1 tsp)
- Red Chili powder (1.5 tsp)
- Caraway/Ajwain (2 pinches)
- Cumin seeds (1 tsp)
Others:
- paratha Dough
Recipe:-
- Crush the radish (2 kg) & remove water from it by squeezing.
- Add chopped green coriander (half bunch), chopped green chilies (1-3), coriander powder (1 tsp), salt (1 tsp), red chili powder (1.5 tsp), caraway (2 pinches), cumin seeds (1 tsp) in radish mixture.
- Roll the dough for paratha and add mixture in it and fry it in until it turns light golden and is cooked well
