This unique Mooli Kadhi comes from Haryana, flavoured with authentic spices and amazing aroma of garlic.MOOLI KI KADHIIngredients1 cup chopped radish (muli)Salt to taste1½ cups buttermilk 2 tbsps gram flour½ tsp red chilli powder½ tsp coriander powder¼ tsp turmeric powder½ tsp mustard seeds½ tsp fenugreek seeds¼ tsp asafoetida (hing)4 small dried red chillies5-6 curry leaves1 medium onion , chopped1 tsp green chilli, chopped6-7 garlic cloves, choppedChopped fresh coriander leaves for garnishMethod1. Add radish and salt in a pressure cooker. Add sufficient water and pressure cook for 2 whistles. 2. Take buttermilk, gram flour, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder and turmeric powder in a bowl. Whisk well and set aside.3. Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add fenugreek seeds, asafoetida, dried red chilli, curry leaves, onion, green chilli, garlic and sauté for a minute on medium heat.4. Add the buttermilk mixture in the pan and mix well. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. 5. Add cooked radish in pan and mix well. Cook on medium heat for 4-5 minutes.6.
