Delicious creamy thick kadhi with the goodness of fresh radishes. MOOLI KI KADHIIngredients1 medium white radish, cut into roundels and halved2 tbsps chopped white radish leaves½ cup yogurt½ cup Tata Sampann Fine BesanSalt to taste½ tsp red chilli powder½ tsp turmeric powder1 tbsp oil 1-2 bay leaves1½ tsps cumin seeds¼ tsp fenugreek seeds (methi dana)1 black cardamom1 large onion, sliced¼ tsp asafoetida (hing)1½ tsps ginger-garlic-green chilli paste2 tsps coriander seeds, crushedFresh coriander sprig for garnishMethod1. Take yogurt in a large bowl, add 1½ cups water and whisk well. Add gram flour and whisk till the mixture is smooth. Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and whisk till well combined.2. Heat oil in a non-stick deep pan, add bay leaves, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, black cardamom, and sauté till fragrant.3. Add onion sliced and sauté well. Add a pinch of salt and sauté till the onion turns translucent. Add asafoetida and 2 tbsps water and mix well.4. Add white radish in the pan, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add ginger-garlic-green chilli paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes. 5. Add the prepared mixture and continuously keep mixing for 1 minute. Add 1 cup water and mix. Add coriander seeds and mix well. Cook till the mixture comes to a boil.6. Add the white radish leaves and mix well. Cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes. Switch the heat off and transfer into a serving bowl.7.
