Monthly Seasoning Preparation | Seasoning Sunday | Oh, No. I can’t make anything without these! | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Today I want to share with you, how to make homemade teriyaki sauce and sushi vinegar.

These are very basic Japanese seasonings that are indispensable in addition to Mentsuyu.

It doesn't contain MSG, so, it has natural Umami. You can make simple but tasty dishes in a minutes with this homemade sauce.

★Teriyaki sauce★
〈ingredients 〉1 bottle
1 cup (240ml) Soy sauce
1/2 cup (120ml) Mirin
3 tablespoons Sugar
10g ginger
★Mentsuyu★
100 ml light soy sauce
300 ml Sake
400 ml Mirin
35 g Katsuobushi
4 pieces Dried Shiitake mushrooms
1 piece Kombu kelp (10g)
60 g salt
