My tips are:
1. Pack when the house is quiet
2. Stock enough food to get you through 1/2 a week
3/4. Try to stock one protein, one starch, two fruits (if possible) and veggies as you're able for quick lunch assembly
5. Don't forget the sweet treat (I use candies from restaurants and doctors' office candy dishes, a cookie from an event, or dried fruits, when all else fails)
