Holy COW setting up a Mockmill grain mill was super easy! I demo working through it in real time, making mistakes, and fixing them with help from the Mockmill tutorials that walked me right through it! Totally fascinating to see inside the mill where the grinding stones are if you ask me, and it's empowering to realize that if I clog it up or do something wrong (inevitable!), I now understand how to get INTO the mill and fix it. That is not possible with a Nutrimill, and I love the feature. You also get to see in this video a demo of my first grain grinding, the "throwaway" grain to clean it out, and the amazing difference between coarsely and finely ground white rice!
