Mixed Veg Paneer Fried Rice | Paneer Fried Rice | Veg Fried Rice | Scroll Recipe
Ingredient:
• 3 Cups cooked Rice
• 1 TSP Cumin seeds
• Grated Garlic 1 TSP
• 1 ½ Cup Cabbage
• 1 ½ Cup Mixed capsicum (Red, Green, Yellow)
• 1 Cup Sliced Onion
• salt to taste
• 200 gm Paneer
• 1 Cup Spring Onion
• 1 TSP Vinegar
• 1 ½ TSP Soya Sauce
• 1 TSP Garlic Powder
• 1 TSP Sugar powder
Process:
• In a Pan add oil and heat the oil
• Add 1 TSP Cumin seeds
• Add Grated Garlic 1 TSP
• Add 1 ½ Cup Cabbage
• Add 1 ½ Cup Mixed capsicum (Red, Green, Yellow)
• Add 1 Cup Sliced Onion
• Add salt to taste
• Add 200 gm Paneer
• Add 1 Cup Spring Onion
• Add 1 TSP Vinegar
• Add 1 ½ TSP Soya Sauce
• Sauté it for 5-6 mints
• Add 3 Cups cooked Rice
• Add Salt to taste
• Add 1 TSP Garlic Powder
• Add 1 TSP Sugar powder
• Mix it nicely
• Serve Hot.
