Mixed Sprouts Chaat

A few minutes is all it takes to toss together this amazing snack if you have all the ingredients ready. With the snazzy flavours of desi chutneys and the tangy juiciness of pomegranate, boiled mixed sprouts transform into a resplendent snack that unfailingly delights your taste buds, spoon after spoon. Laced with lemon juice and chaat masala, the bountiful flavour of this Mixed Sprout Chaat knows no bounds. You will surely enjoy the crunchy texture and chatpata taste of this snack. Serve it immediately after mixing.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes.
Cooking Time: Nil.
Serves 2.

1½ cups boiled mixed sprouts
1 tbsp sweet chutney
1 tsp green chutney
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp lemon juice
¼ cup pomegranate (anar)
¼ cup finely chopped coriander (dhania)
Salt to taste

Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
Serve immediately.
