Heat the ghee in a pressure cooker and add the cumin seeds.2. When the seeds crackle, add the asafoetida, onions, garlic and ginger-green chilli paste, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.3. Add the rice, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minute.4. Add the mixed sprouts, mix well and saute on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minute5. Add the mixed vegetables, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.6. Add 2 ¼ cups of hot water, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring continuously.7. Pressure cook for 3 whistles.8. Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid. Serve immediately with raita or kadhi.
