With each monsoon evening passing by, I urge for a different kind of evening snack but nothing can beat the taste of pakodas or fritters. There are a myriad of types of pakodas that you can have. This time I have come up with this super simple yet tasty recipe of mixed vegetable corn pakodas which you can enjoy at home. This mix vegetable corn pakoda contains minimal of spices but they taste just perfect.
