Mix Vegetable Corn Pakoda | Chef Ananya Banerjee

With each monsoon evening passing by, I urge for a different kind of evening snack but nothing can beat the taste of pakodas or fritters. There are a myriad of types of pakodas that you can have. This time I have come up with this super simple yet tasty recipe of mixed vegetable corn pakodas which you can enjoy at home.

This mix vegetable corn pakoda contains minimal of spices but they taste just perfect. My monsoon evenings are sorted with this great combination of vegetable corn pakodas and a cup of Adrak vali Chai, so check it out and try for yourself!
Ingredients:
1 cup grated corn paste
½ cup onions finely chopped
¼ cup capsicum chopped
¼ cup grated carrot
¼ cup chopped coriander leaves
1 ½ tsp freshly crushed black pepper powder
1 ½ tsp coarsely crushed coriander seeds
1 cup besan or gram flour
Salt to taste
Method
Mix the corn paste with carrots, capsicum, onions, and coriander leaves.
Coarsely grind the black pepper corns and coriander seeds in mortar pestle. Add to the corn mix. Add gram flour and salt to taste.mix well.
