MISHTI MAKHANAIngredients200 grams puffed lotus seeds (makhana)1 tbsp ghee½ cup sugar¼ tsp green cardamom powder¼ tsp fennel powderMethod1. Heat ghee in a kadai. Add the makhana and sauté on medium heat for 5-6 minutes or till crisp. Transfer in a plate and set aside.2. Heat a kadai. Add sugar, 2 tbsps water and cook till sugar caramelizes. 3.
