Boiled matki:
Matki ( sprouted) - 2 cups
Water - 4 cups
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

For Aloo Masala :
Cooking oil -2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Green chilli - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 10
Onions - 1/2 cup
Boiled potatoes - 3
Turmeric powder - 1/3 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves

For Masala:
Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Black cardamom - 1
Green cardamom - 2
Cloves - 4
Black peppers - 10
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Sesame seeds - 1
Poppy seeds - 1 tbsp
Ginger - 3 inch
Garlic cloves - 12
Dry coconut- 3 tbsp
Onion - 3/4 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup

For Tari:
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Green chilli - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 8 to 10
Ginger - 1 tsp
Garlic - 1 tsp
Onion - 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Add blended paste
Byadagi chilli powder -1 tbsp
kanda lasun masala - 2 tbsp
Cooking oil - 4 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
