Green chillies cooked with mushrooms and bhuna masala MIRCHI MUSHROOMIngredients12-16 button mushrooms8 large green chillies130 gms bhuna masala 4 stalks spring onion greens1 medium red capsicum2 tsps oilSalt to taste Method1. Halve the mushrooms. Make a small slit on all the green chillies.2. Heat a non-stick pan, add bhuna masala and mushrooms and mix well. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.3. Chop spring onion greens roughly.4. Add green chillies and spring onion greens to the pan and mix well. Cover and cook till mushrooms are done.5. Roughly chop red capsicum.6. Heat oil in another non-stick pan, add red mushrooms and salt and toss. Sauté till they soften. 7.
