Green chillies cooked with mushrooms and bhuna masala

MIRCHI MUSHROOM

Ingredients

12-16 button mushrooms
8 large green chillies
130 gms bhuna masala
4 stalks spring onion greens
1 medium red capsicum
2 tsps oil
Salt to taste

Method

1. Halve the mushrooms. Make a small slit on all the green chillies.
2. Heat a non-stick pan, add bhuna masala and mushrooms and mix well. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Chop spring onion greens roughly.
4. Add green chillies and spring onion greens to the pan and mix well. Cover and cook till mushrooms are done.
5. Roughly chop red capsicum.
6. Heat oil in another non-stick pan, add red mushrooms and salt and toss. Sauté till they soften.
7. Transfer the mushroom-chilli mixture into a serving bowl, put the red capsicum over them and serve hot.
