Mirchi Methi Dana Recipe - मिर्ची और मैथी दाने की चटपटी सब्जी - Spicy chili with Fenugreek Seeds | Nisha Madhulika | TedhiKheer

Mirchi and Fenugreek Seeds Sabzi - खाने के साथ थोड़ी सी मिर्ची और मैथी दाने की चटपटी सब्जी परोसकर स्वाद दुगुना कीजिये.
Ingredients
Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) - 100 gm
Soaked Fenugreek Seeds (भीगे हुए मेथी दाने)- 2 tbsp
Oil (तेल) - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds (जीरा)- 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida (हींग) - 1 pinch
Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर)- 1 tsp
Fennel powder (सौंफ पाउडर) - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)- 1/4 tsp
Mango Powder (आमचूर पाउडर)- 1/2 tsp
Salt (नमक)- 1/2 tsp or as per taste

Direction:
Getting ready :
1. Wash and pat dry 100 gms Green chili. Cut off the stalk from the chilies and chop into small chunks. Also take 2 tbsp fenugreek seeds, wash and soak in water for 4 hours.

Making :

2.Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp oil into it. Add ½ tsp cumin seeds, 1 pinch asafoetida, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp fennel powder followed by chopped green chilies. Add ¾ tsp salt and stir well. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.

Serving :

3. After 2 minutes stir the chilies nicely. Turn off the flame and take out chilies in a plate. Serve along with your meals, everyone will like it for sure.These tempting fenugreek chilies can be stored for up to a week in refrigerator.
