MIRCHI KE TIPOREIngredients12-15 green chillies, roughly chopped1 tbsp oil¼ tsp mustard seeds6-7 garlic clovesSalt to taste¼ tsp turmeric powder1 tsp butter ½ tsp coriander powder1 tsp lemon juiceMethod1. Heat oil in non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and sauté till it splutters. 2. Add garlic and sauté till golden in colour. Add green chillies, salt, turmeric powder and sauté for a minute. 3. Add butter, coriander powder, sauté for 2-3 minutes, cover and cook for 2 minutes.4.
