Mirchi ka achar is must with roti or paratha in Hindi. Presenting this simple homemade green chilli pickle recipe, popularly known as mirchi ka achaar is very popular in Indian Household. Although the process of making Mirchi ka achaar is very easy but it takes time. So let's make this green chilli pickle now.

Ingredients
300 gm Green chilly
50 gm Mustard Powder
50 gm Salt
½ tsp Turmeric powder
½ tsp Asafoetida
½ tsp Fennel seed
½ tsp Fenugreek seed
1Lemon juice
2 tbsp Mustard oil

How to make green chilli pickle

• Wash and completely pat dry the Green Chilies, remove the stem give them slit, and then cut into small pieces.
• Take a pan and heat the oil, add Fenugreek seed, fennel seed, asafetida, turmeric powder, mustard powder and mix it well for a minute. Masala is ready.
• Switch off the flame and cool to room temperature.
• Add chopped green chily, salt and lemon juice with the masala.
• Mix well so that the chillies get coated with the masalas.
• Instant Green Chilli Pickle is ready; you can store it in a Glass Jar.
• You can store it in a refrigerator for long time use (After 2 to 3 days).
