Amazake Bread Pudding
Ingredients
1 egg
20 g granulated sugar
100 ml milk
50 ml amazake (sweet drink made from fermented rice)
1 slice sandwich breadfrom loaf cut into 8 slices
strawberry jam

Directions
1. In a bowl, combine the egg and granulated sugar and mix well.
2. Heat milk in a pot, then, without bringing to a boil, slowly add and heat 1.
3. Strain 2 through a sieve and mix in amazake.
4. Cut the bread into 8 pieces and lay out in a baking dish, pour 3 over, then top with strawberry jam.
5. Pour hot water into a baking sheet, add 4, and bake for 30 minutes at 160.
