5 minute Quick and Easy Peasy Chocolate Biscuit Roll

Ingredients:
1 pack of wild open biscuits (250 g) crushed into small pieces
1 sweet cream (can also be grown) 250 ml (or parve {non-dairy} milk)
2 packets of dark chocolate broken into cubes
Coconut can be used for decoration
You can add a heaping tablespoon of chocolate spread ( (or parve {non-dairy} chocolate spread) or nutella), but it is not mandatory.

Preparation:
1. In the bowl place the crushed biscuits.
2 In another bowl, place the cream (or parve {non-dairy} milk) with the dark chocolate and dissolve in the microwave for 30 seconds.
3.After 30 seconds in the microwave, mix well the melted cream (or parve {non-dairy} milk) and chocolate and put in the microwave for another 30 seconds, until a uniform cream and chocolate is completely dissolved.
4. If you have decided to add the tablespoon of the chocolate spread, then add into the cream (or parve milk) and melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
5. Pour the chocolate batter and cream into the bowl of biscuits and mix well.
6. Place on a foil table and top with plastic nylon and pour in the middle and spread the chocolate and biscuit mixture, tightening the nylon and forming a roll shape, as shown in the video.
7. Put in the roll we made for freezing for at least an hour.
8. No thawing of the roll is required and after an hour of freezing can be transferred to the refrigerator.
