30 mins MEALPREP for One Serving #shorts

This is my meal prep for the week.

Blanched spinach, blanched broccoli, and cooked ground chicken and vegetable, I'm making omu-rice with it, And microwave cooked Kabocha squash And cooked shiitake mushroom both seasoned with Shio Koji.

Shio Koji is the fermented seasonings that I introduced in the next video it makes vegetables so good.
Takes only 30 minutes to prepare everything.
You can make healthy side dishes in the minute you can keep on the truck of happy eating.

Don't forget to cook your rice.!

Nothing drawback you from healthy eating if you have a meal prep in your fridge! I'm doing this weekly, Because sometimes I have a lot of things to get done so I don't want to make anything at the end of the day even if I love cooking. Meal prep makes us so happy.
