Ab Meethe ko banaye healthy, with Sanjeev Kapoor's Rasmalai Cheesecake using Nutralite Choco Spread Enriched with Calcium!

MINI RASMALAI CHEESECAKE

Ingredients

8 readymade rasmalai
cup cream cheese
1 cup Nutralite Choco Spread
1 cups whipped cream
4 white chocolate disks for garnish
Blanched and slivered pistachios to sprinkle
White chocolate triangles for garnish
Dark chocolate rolls for garnish

Method

1. Add rasmalai at the base of each serving mug.
2. Take Nutralite Choco Spread in a bowl. Add cream cheese and mix well.
3. Add whipped cream and mix. Transfer the mixture in a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe on the rasmalai layer.
4. Place 1 more rasmalai in each glass and finally pipe out some more chocolate mixture on top.
5. Garnish with a white chocolate disk and pipe some more chocolate mixture on top.
6. Sprinkle pistachios on top, garnish with white chocolate triangles, dark chocolate rolls and serve.
