Preheat oven at 180º C.2. Break eggs in a bowl. Add salt and crushed peppercorns and whisk well. 3. Pour the egg mixture into a silicon muffin mould tray, filling ¼. Put some spinach, some bell pepper, some broccoli, some onion, some sausage slices, some bacon and some cheese on top.4. Put the muffin mould tray on a baking tray. Place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and demould. 5. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
