Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/8 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Bay leaf - 1 small
Cloves - 2
Cardamom - 2
Star anise - 1
Cinnamon stick - 1"
Salt - as required
Oil - 4 tsp for meat + 2 tsp for cabbage
