Chicken mince mixture shaped into balls and shallow fried.

MINCED CHICKEN BALLS

Ingredients

250 grams chicken mince
2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
2 tablespoons grated processed cheese
1 tablespoon fresh cream
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons minced ginger
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon cornflour
2 teaspoons lemon juice
½ egg white
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow-frying and greasing


Method
1. Mix chicken, green chillies and chopped coriander in a bowl.
2. Mix cheese, cream, garlic, ginger, coriander powder, cumin powder, cornflour, lemon juice and egg white in another bowl.
3. Add the cheese-cream mixture to the chicken alongwith salt and mix well.
4. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan
5. Grease your palms with some oil.
6. Divide the mixture into equal portions, shape them into balls.
7. Shallow-fry the balls in hot oil till crisp and brown
8. Serve hot.
