Doodh Peda recipe,, milk peda recipe, Paalakova, peda recipe without condensed milk, palkova in hindi, Kova Peda ,#milk_peda #paalkova #doodh_peda Ingredients for Milk Peda Full cream milk - 1 litre Sugar - ½ cup (125 gms) (heaped) Cardamom powder - ½ tsp How to make Milk Peda 1- Take a litre of full cream and add it in a wok. 2- Cook until it boils and cook while continuously stirring it in the intervals on the high flame. 3- Stir it while touching the spatula to the bottom so that it won’t burn from the bottom. 4- Cook the milk until it reaches to its thicker consistency. 5- Turn the flame to medium and scratch it from the pan using a spatula. 6- Add a ½ cup sugar to it and a ½ teaspoon of cardamom powder. 7- Stir and cook for 5 minutes from the low to medium flame. 8- The milk has become thick and 45 minutes was acquired to make it thick.9- Cool down the mixture in a separate plate. 10- Apply some clarified butter on your palm to grease it.11- Lift a proportion of mixture and roll it. 12- Press it from the centre and the Peda is ready. 13- Prepare all the Peda likewise. 14- Leave them in the open air for 3 to 4 hours to set and later on serve it.
