The chef at Midnight House Korean Charcoal BBQ Restaurant grew up with parents with culinary background. His passion for food is reflected on the dishes served. One of the dishes I've tried was Bibimpap, the chef has actually taught me the proper way to mix it. Even though the ingredients look simple, you would be astounded how delectable it was when you put it into your mouth. It is one of Korean's signature dishes.
