Chicken Curry
Servings:4

INGREDIENTS
1/2 Onion, sliced
1/2 Carrot, sliced
250 grams Chicken thigh
400 milliliters Water
4 Curry cubes, chopped
2 teaspoons Ketchup
2 teaspoons Japanese brown sauce
2 teaspoons Ginger

Cooked white rice, to serve

PREPARATION
1. In a medium bowl add onion, carrot, chicken thigh, water, curry roux, ketchup, japanese brown sauce and ginger.

2. Cover it loosely with plastic wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for about 8 minutes.

3. Take out, mix, wrap again,and heat for 3 minutes in a 600W microwave.

4. Serve along cooked white rice and Enjoy!

Spicy Tofu Bowl
Servings:4

INGREDIENTS
150 grams Ground pork
1/2 Green onion, chopped
100 milliliters Water
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Miso
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon Grated garlic
1 teaspoon Ground red pepper
300 grams Tofu
1 tablespoon Slurry (2 teaspoons Water mixed with 1 teaspoon Potato starch)

Cooked white rice, to serve
Scallion, to top.

PREPARATION
1. In a medium bowl add ground pork, green onion, water, sugar, miso, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated garlic and red pepper. Mix them well.

2. Cover it loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for about 3 minutes.

3. Take out, mix and add tofu, slurry and mix. Wrap again, heat for 3 minutes in a 600W microwave.

4. Take out and add chili oil and mix. Serve on top of cooked white rice.

5. top with scallion, and enjoy!
