Mexican Corn on the Cob | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Roasted corn on the cob bursting with mexican flavours. A must try !

MEXICAN CORN ON THE COB

Ingredients

2 corns on cob
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnishing
1 teaspoon paprika powder + for sprinkling
Salt to taste
50 grams feta cheese
2-3 lemon wedges

Method

1. Remove the husk off the corn.
2. Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped coriander, paprika
powder and salt in a bowl and mix well.
3. Roast the corn on direct flame till evenly done.
4. Spread the prepared mixture over the roasted corn. Grate
cheese over the corn.
5. Sprinkle paprika on corn and serve hot garnished with chopped
coriander and lemon wedges.

Preparation Time: 5-7 minutes
Cooking Time: 8-10 minutes
