INGREDIENTS:

FOR PASTE:
1 tbsp oil
small piece cinnamon
3-4 cloves
2 green cardamom
5-6 black pepper corns
2-3 green chillies
small piece ginger
6-8 garlic pods
10-12 cashews (soaked for 1-2 hours)
2 tsp poppy seeds/khuskhus (soaked for 1-2 hours)
2-3 onions roughly chopped

OTHER INGREDIENTS:
1 cup/1 bundle Methi leaves (blanched & chopped)
1 cup boiled green peas
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
3-4 tsbp fresh cream
salt to taste
water/milk as desired
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp garam masala
