Methi Chamanoil 2 tbspcumin seeds 1 tsponion chopped 2ginger garlic paste 1 Tbsptomato chopped 3-4 salt to taste red chilli powder 1 ½ tspcoriander powder 1 tbspturmeric powder ½ tspfennel powder ½ tspdry ginger powder ½ tspgaram masala powder 1 tspgreen chilli paste 1 tspfenugreek leaves 400 gms cashewnut paste 3 tbspwater ½ cupcream 1 cuppaneer cubes 200 gmskasuri methi 1 tsp + to sprinkleCoriander chopped 2 tbspcardamom powder 1 tspMethodheat oil in a pan, add cumin sauté for 1 mins.add onion and sauté for 3-4 mins or onions till brownsadd ginger garlic paste and sauté for 1 mins.Add tomato chopped, salt and mix well. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, fennel powder, dry ginger powder, garam masala powder, green chilli paste. mix well.Add fenugreek leaves and sauté for 3 -4 mins.Add cashewnut paste, mix well and sauté for 3-4 mins.add water and mix well. cover and cook for 3-4 mins.add cream and mix well add paneer and mix well.add kasuri methi , coriander chopped, cardamom powder and mix well.Transfer to a serving bowlsprinkle kasuri methi and serve hot.
