Methi Aur Papad ki Sabzi is a traditional Rajasthani dish which is extremely appetising and is pretty simple to make.METHI AUR PAPAD KI SABZIIngredients½ cup fenugreek seeds (methi dana), soaked overnight7-8 moong dal papads2 tbsps oil¼ tsp asafoetida (hing)½ tsp mustard seeds1 inch cinnamon stick2 dried red chillies¼ tsp turmeric powder¾ tsp red chilli powder1 tsp coriander powderSalt to taste5-6 kokum petals A little jaggery1-2 ripe elaichi bananas, peeledMethod1. Heat a non-stick pan. Drain and add fenugreek seeds and 2 cups water and let it cook.2. Roast 4 papads on direct flame and set aside.3. Heat oil in another non-stick pan, mustard seeds and cinnamon. Break the red chillies and add. 4. Drain the fenugreek seeds and add and mix well. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder and mix well. Add 1½ cups water and salt and mix.5. Break 3-4 unroasted papads and add. Add kokum petals and jaggery and mix. Break small pieces of bananas and add and mix well.6.
