Sweet tomato chutney made with simple ingredients easily available at home!MEETHI TAMATAR KI CHUTNEYIngredients4 medium tomatoes, quartered2 tbsps oil1 tsp cumin seeds2 bay leaves6-8 dried red chillies1 tbsp raisinsSalt to taste½ cup chopped jaggeryMethod1. Heat oil in an earthen pot. Add cumin seeds and let them change colour. Add bay leaves and dried red chillies and sauté for 30 seconds.2. Add the tomatoes, raisins and salt and mix well. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes or till the tomatoes turn soft and pulpy. 3. Add jaggery, mix, cover and cook for 5-6 minutes. Switch the heat off and allow the mixture to cool completely. Discard the bay leaves and dried red chillies. 4. Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl.
