Christmas is almost here and what's better than cooking some special food for feeling all the festivity in the air, hence we decided to make yummy & tempting Meatloaf. So here we present you with the best meatloaf recipe.

Ingredients
- Oil
- Minced Garlic
- Chopped Onion
- 2 kgs Minced Chicken
- Sour Cream
- Lightly beaten Egg
- Worcestershire sauce
- Mustard
- Mix Spices
- Mixed Dry herbs
- Salt
- 500 gms of breadcrumbs
- Tomato Puree

Glaze
malt vinegar
1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp of mustard
1 1/2 tbsp of honey

Method:
- Put a pan on medium to high flame and add oil, minced garlic and chopped onion.
- Once the onion cook well, add it to the minced chicken and mix it properly
- Create some space in the center of the mixture and add sour cream, lightly beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, mix spices which include paprika, cayenne pepper, crushed black pepper, ginger powder and some cinnamon and mixed dry herbs and salt and mix it
- Add bread crumbs to the chicken mixture, and mix it well after that divide it into half
- Into the half mixture add tomato puree, to the other half add milk and mix it
- On a silicone mat add the other half which was mix with milk and oil your hands and spread it over the mat.
- On spread out meat add the remaining meat and spread it out.
- Roll it and divide into half and put the half in buttered pan and once done add the other half too.
- Put it on a oven tray and keep it in oven for180 degree Celsius for about an one hour
- To make the glaze, add malt vinegar, 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp of mustard and 1 1/2 tbsp of honey and mix them well also add little bit of oil.
- Take off the meatloaf out from oven
- Apply the glaze over the meatloaf and put it in oven for 15-20minutes
Let the meatloaf cool down and the meatloaf is ready to be served!
