Meat Stuffed Vine Leaves Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
Half a kg of vine leaves
3 tablespoons of olive oil
A little bowl of washed and drained rice
30 grams of chopped fresh parsley
30 grams of chopped fresh mint
1 small onion, chopped finely
100g of minced beef
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons of grated tomatoes
You can alternatively add a tablespoon of tomato paste
