Meat, Rice And Garlic Soup/Beyran Soup/ turkish recipe

This hearty soup comes from Gaziantep in the south-east of Turkey, where its eaten as a warming breakfast dish especially during the long cold winters. This recipe is gluten-free


Ingredients:
500 g lamb's shank,
1/2 cup rice (washed and drained),
8 clove of garlic (chopped),
3 tbsp butter,
1 tbsp of red pepper flakes,
1 tbsp salt,
1 tsp of black pepper
* Serv it with lemon or vinegar
