INGREDIENTS 2 cups Soft flour150g margarine200g minced beef1 medium size onion, diced.1 tsp baking powder1 Egg4 tbsp milkBeef seasoning cubePinch of saltDIRECTION;-Pre heat the oven at 180c.-In a mixing bowl, pour flour , baking powder, salt and mix.-Add the margarine then rub in the flour till you achieve a crumbly mixture.-Add egg, milk and mix well until the dough can be rolled into a ball.-Cover the dough with a cling foil and let set in the fridge for 30 minutes.-Pour oil into a frying pan over medium heat, -add minced beef, beef seasoning, stir and cook for 2 minutes.-Add chopped onions, stir and let cook for a minute and then set aside.-Dust flour on a flat surface and roll out the dough until it is about 2 mm thick .-Cut out circles in the dough and place meat in the centre of the dough.-Fold dough over making into a semi circle and Pinch sides together with a spoon or.-Place on baking parchment and bake for 20-25 minutes.
