MEAT PIE

INGREDIENTS
2 cups Soft flour
150g margarine
200g minced beef
1 medium size onion, diced.
1 tsp baking powder
1 Egg
4 tbsp milk
Beef seasoning cube
Pinch of salt

DIRECTION;
-Pre heat the oven at 180c.
-In a mixing bowl, pour flour , baking powder, salt and mix.
-Add the margarine then rub in the flour till you achieve a crumbly
mixture.
-Add egg, milk and mix well until the dough can be rolled into a
ball.
-Cover the dough with a cling foil and let set in the fridge for 30
minutes.
-Pour oil into a frying pan over medium heat, -add minced beef,
beef seasoning, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
-Add chopped onions, stir and let cook for a minute and then set
aside.
-Dust flour on a flat surface and roll out the dough until it is about 2
mm thick .
-Cut out circles in the dough and place meat in the centre of the
dough.
-Fold dough over making into a semi circle and Pinch sides
together with a spoon or.
-Place on baking parchment and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Serve hot/cool
