Chicken mince mixed with eggs and some indian spices, poured into a loaf tin and baked.MEAT LOAF INDIAN STYLEIngredients½ cupchicken mince1 tablespoon oil + for greasing1 inch ginger, finely chopped1 tablespoon chopped garlic1 medium onion, finely chopped1 medium carrot, finely chopped1 teaspoon red chilli powder1 teaspoongarammasala powder3 eggs1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leavesSalt to taste2 tablespoons breadcrumbsMethod1. Preheat oven at 180ºC. Grease a loaf tin with some oil.2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add ginger, garlic, mix and sauté for a minute. Add onion, mix and sauté till golden. Add carrot, mix and cook for a minute. 3. Add chilli powder andgarammasala powder, mix and cook for a minute. Remove from heat and cool. 4. Take chicken mince in a bowl. Add eggs, chopped coriander, salt and onion mixture and mix. Add breadcrumbs and mix well.5. Put the chicken mixture into the greased tin, tap and cover with an aluminium foil. Put the loaf on a baking tray, place the baking tray in preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.6.
