HOW TO STORE/REHEAT THESE

1. Meals can last in your fridge for 4-5 days.
2. These meals are not meant to be frozen, they are meant to be eaten 4 days in a row. However, if you choose to freeze, set aside and place in your fridge the guacamole and salsa in the rice and beans and salad from the chicken souvlaki!
3. Best eaten cold.... but you can reheat in a covered saute pan mixed all together for a few minutes... or put in your Hot Logic!

TO MAKE 4 OF EACH MEAL PREP (12 meals in total), YOU'LL NEED:

(Don't forget that you can EASILY double the following ingredients to make 24 MEALS!)

12 eggs
7 clove garlic
1 cup no sugar added marinara sauce
600g chicken breast (about 2)
16 oz (448g) fresh mozzarella cheese
2 tbls olive oil
1000g zucchini (about 5)
3/4 cup basmati rice
1/2 yellow onion
small piece of ginger
3 tbsp coconut oil
100g carrots (about 1)
100g green beans
100g mushrooms (about 3 big ones)
1 can (250g) chickpeas
350-375g tofu (firm or extra firm)
1 can (400mls) coconut milk
salt/pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp curry powder


**You can use ALL olive oil if you want, or ALL coconut oil, or any healthy cooking oil you enjoy like avocado oil, etc**
