Meal Prep Monday - How to Meal Prep

I dont usually post everything for a full week at once, but this time I decided to share a whole week of meal preps!

This prep took me about 2 hours from start to finish and actually could have been done in less, but you know- kids

Heres what I did:
Breakfast: Mason jar protein oats
Lunch: Shrimp Foil Packets
Snack: Greek yogurt with blueberries, cranberries & dates
Dinner: One Pan Chicken

I love placing everything in separate containers ahead of time for easy grab and go. When I have good options available, its easier to make good decisions.
