Ingredients:
Milk 1 liter
Cream 1 cup
Condensed milk 1 cup
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Pistachio 1/4 cup
Almonds 1/4 cup
Rose essence 1/4 tsp
Red syrup 1 tbsp
Directions:

In a chopper add almonds, pistachio and chop until they are crushed well. Set aside.
Now in a deep pan add milk and cook it for about 3 to 4 minutes on medium low flame.
Then add cardamom powder, condensed milk, cream, mix well and cook for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame or until thickens.
Now add crushed pistachio and almonds in the mixture and cook for 5 to 6 minutes more. Divide the mixture in two portions.
In one portion add rose essence, red syrup and mix it well. And your rose matka kulfi is ready.
Now take small clay pots and fill each with your kulfi flavors. Cover clay pots with foil paper and secure them with a rubber band.
Let them freeze for 6 to 8 hours or overnight in freezer.
Your tasty matka kulfi two ways is ready to serve.
