INGREDIENTS/RECIPE

2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup Oil
1/2 cup water
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp Ajwain ( Carom seeds)

To fry: half a litre of oil

Method: Prepare stiff dough by mixing flour, salt, ajwain, oil and water.
Take small portions of dough and flatten them out but keep them thick. Fry in hot oil at medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Enjoy with a cup of tea.
