Green chillies slit 2-3 no.Water 2 cup Oil 2-3 TbspAsafoetida ¼ tspCumin Seeds 1 TspGinger chopped 1 tbspGarlic chopped 1 tbspBay leaf 2 no.Cinnamon stick ½ inchMace ½ bladeGreen cardamom 3-4 no.Black cardamom 1 no.Coriander powder 2 TbspRed chilli powder 1½ TspTurmeric powder 1 TspAmchur powder 1 tsp Garam masala 1 TspSalt to tasteCoriander chopped 1 tbsp Method: • Peel and cut the onion into cube size. • Take mixing jar, add onion cubes, green chillies and ¼ cup of water and grind to a smooth paste. Keep it aside. • Heat oil in a Pan. Add asafoetida and Cumin seeds, mix well and sauté till its splutter. • Add chopped ginger and garlic, mix well and sauté for 1 min. or till garlic is brown in color. • Add onion paste, mix well and sauté for 8-10 min. • Mean while cut the tomatoes and grind to a smooth puree.
