Matar Cutlet | Peas Cutlet | Scroll Recipe | Green Peas CutletIngredient • 250gm Matar /Peas• Coriander• Red chilli powder• salt to taste• 1 TSP Cumin seeds• Roasted cumin powder 1 TSP• 1 TSP Sugar• 2 TSP garlic powder• 2 TBSP Flour• BreadcrumbProcess:• 250 gm Matar /Peas• Add coriander• Add red chilli powder• Add salt to taste• Grind it and make a paste• Add 2 TBSP oil in a pan• Heat the oil• Add 1 TSP Cumin seeds • Add Green peas paste• Add roasted cumin powder 1 TSP• Add 1 TSP Sugar • Add red chilli - 1 tsp• Add 2 TSP garlic powder• Mix it nicely• Refrigerate mixture for 45 mints• Make a Thin batter 2 TBSP Flour• Now take a portion of the mixture and give a Shape • Dip each cutlet into Flour Batter• Place Breadcrumb in a Plate and roll each cutlet• Refrigerate for 30 mints.• Heat the oil in a deep nonstick Pan• Deep Fry each cutlet• Serve Hot=====================================================please like & subscribe and comment what you like and what you didnt like.
