Matar Cutlet | Peas Cutlet | Scroll Recipe | Green Peas Cutlet

Ingredient
• 250gm Matar /Peas
• Coriander
• Red chilli powder
• salt to taste
• 1 TSP Cumin seeds
• Roasted cumin powder 1 TSP
• 1 TSP Sugar
• 2 TSP garlic powder
• 2 TBSP Flour
• Breadcrumb
Process:
• 250 gm Matar /Peas
• Add coriander
• Add red chilli powder
• Add salt to taste
• Grind it and make a paste
• Add 2 TBSP oil in a pan
• Heat the oil
• Add 1 TSP Cumin seeds
• Add Green peas paste
• Add roasted cumin powder 1 TSP
• Add 1 TSP Sugar
• Add red chilli - 1 tsp
• Add 2 TSP garlic powder
• Mix it nicely
• Refrigerate mixture for 45 mints
• Make a Thin batter 2 TBSP Flour
• Now take a portion of the mixture and give a Shape
• Dip each cutlet into Flour Batter
• Place Breadcrumb in a Plate and roll each cutlet
• Refrigerate for 30 mints.
• Heat the oil in a deep nonstick Pan
• Deep Fry each cutlet
• Serve Hot
